About the critical ones
We have left them in, because they say something useful. Almost every one comes down to the same thing: this trip is harder than people expect. When we say seventeen miles, it is seventeen miles, and the ocean does not care what the brochure looked like.
That is why we are blunt about fitness before you book rather than after. If you want to know exactly what you are signing up for, read how hard the trip really is, then decide. A booking that does not happen costs us far less than a guest who should never have been on the water.

We did the 17 mile kayak down the coast and it was the highlight of our trip! Amazing views and very fun to paddle into the sea caves. Mitch knew so much about the island biology and history. But this is a hard day so expect to be tired the next day and bring lots of snacks.
