Prices are per person, except the private tour — that is $2,100 for up to four guests, plus $450 per additional guest. Conditions decide, not the calendar: any trip can be moved for weather, and the state closes this coast for storms and trail work without much warning.
Either day trip works — no experience is required on either. Choose on fitness, not skill. Beginner paddlers do this every day.

Hawaii DLNR publishes the kayak companies permitted to land passengers at Miloli'i Beach, May through September. There are three names on it. We are one of them.

If you are fit and want the whole coast, book the Ha'ena day trip — 17 miles, one way, the full Na Pali. If you would rather a shorter day, or you are traveling with a group of six or more, book the Polihale trip: 10 miles out and back to Miloli'i Beach. No. Many of our guests have never sat in a kayak. You do need genuine fitness — this is six or more hours of paddling on open ocean. Read how hard the trip really is before you book.
Summer only. Hawaii DLNR's season for paddling and landing on this coast runs May 15 to September 7; our Ha'ena trip runs April 15 to October 15, with the shoulder weeks depending on conditions. Winter surf on this shore regularly runs 20 feet and more. See the month-by-month guide.
Kayaks, paddles, life jackets, dry bags, a catered lunch, cold drinks, guides and the van shuttles. Bring three liters of water, reef-safe sunscreen, a long-sleeved shirt, a hat and sunglasses with a strap.
The Ha'ena and camping trips need 72 hours' notice for a full refund; the Polihale and private trips need 48. If we cancel for conditions, you are not charged.
